Document the Inspection

All of the setup work in TMS is complete. Now, you are ready to document the inspection via work orders in TMS. How you create your refrigerant tracking work orders is entirely up to you. Perhaps you will want create a PM template to generate refrigerant tracking work orders on a regularly scheduled basis. Perhaps you will use corrective maintenance work orders instead. Regardless of your work order create procedure, you must attach the refrigerant tracking procedure that you created earlier to the work order.

For detailed instructions on how to create a new PM template and attach a procedure, see the User Guide. To document an inspection, follow these steps.

  1. In TMS, click Help > TMS Help. TMS launches the User Guide in a new Internet Explorer window.

  2. In the table of contents, click Schedules > PM Schedule - New.

  3. In the table of contents, click Schedules > PM Edit > PM Schedule Edit > Procedures/Assignments Tab.
