Depending on the property types you oversee, you might want to set your Sub Category codes up differently from our examples below.

BLDG | OFF | OFFICE SPACE |
BLDG | IND | INDUSTRIAL SPACE |
Asset Status Code

Asset Location Codes
How you track your property locations will determine how you set up your Site, Building, and Location codes. One example of a method you might use is region/building/floor/room, with the Location Description field filling in the room. Using this example, a location hierarchy for one of your properties might look like this:
-
North Region
-
Smith Professional Building
-
Second Floor
-
Suite 201
Once you have finished setting up all of your codes, you need to create a custom Asset module form.
