Unscheduled PM/PE Schedules

The Unscheduled PM/PE Schedulesreport is a Designer Complete report lists all PM/PE schedules that have a Typecode of Unscheduled, and shows who last updated the schedule and the date of the change. This report can be included as a Content Report scheduled for delivery via a TMS Email Report.

To create this report, you will need the XML file. To save the XML to the necessary location, follow these steps.

1. In the Internet Explorer window that opens, click the Tools button and select File > Save As.

2. Browse to the location where you want to save the XML file, making sure that the File Typesays XML.

3. Click Save.

   This location must be accessible by the TMS application.

Once you have performed these steps in the TMS application, to build your report, follow these steps.

1. From the Reports menu, click New..

2. From the Segment drop-down menu select the segment you want this report to appear in.

3. In the Name field, enter Unscheduled PM/PE Schedules.

4. In the Description field, enter the following:

   This report lists all PM/PE schedules that have a Type code of Unscheduled, and shows who last updated the schedule and the date of the change. This report can be included as a Content Report scheduled for delivery via a TMS Email Report.

5. From the Type drop-down menu select Designer. 

6. Click the Lookup button next to the File Path field and navigate to the location where you saved the XML file.

7. From the Module drop-down menu select Work Orders.

8. From the Category drop-down menu select Email Reports.

9. From the Sub Category drop-down menu select Content Reports.

10. From the Status drop-down menu select Active.

11. Click Save. The screen changes to the Report Edit screen. The report can now be added to an Email Report.

12. Click the Preview button in the toolbar to render and view the report.
