PM Schedule Management Solution Overview

The PM Schedule Management solution is helpful when there is a need to track and manage PM schedules in TMS so that your organization can be pro-actively notified in advance (via Email Reporting) and in real-time (via Alerts) when PM schedules have fallen behind their scheduled Due Date. The application of this solution involves combining several customized report solutions with customized alerts.

The custom reports you will need to build are as follows:

  • Overdue PM Work Order

  • Unscheduled PM/PE Schedules

  • PM Generation Error

You will also need to build two custom alerts these alerts are as follows:

  • Active Asset has expired PM Schedules

  • IN-ACTIVE Asset with Unscheduled PM Schedules
