Create an Asset Request Page in Web Request
Once your codes are in place, you need a Web Request page that will be utilized for requesting a mobile asset. Typically, a link to the online request form is placed on your hospital intranet. This helps to reduce the volume of phone calls into your department and the amount of basic data entry required to initiate the service delivery component of the customer service cycle.
You can decide what information is required to enter a work request, but below, we give you our suggestions.
-
In TMS OnLine/OnSite, select Modules > Web Request > New.
-
Enter a Page Title, for example "Mobile Asset Request Form.".
-
Enter a Description of your Web Request page.
-
Select the Segment in which this page should reside.
-
In the Status field, select Active.
-
If it is necessary, select the check boxes for Require User Login and Show Remember Me Checkbox at Login.
-
Click Save.
The screen changes to the Web Request Edit screen.
