Master Facilities Metrics Tracker Report

The Master Facilities Metrics Tracker Report is a summary report of work orders for a selected date range.

The Master Facilities Metrics Tracker Report is a Type – Designer, Sub Type - Prompt report that displays the work order totals with percentages for each month of the date range selected. The results are grouped by the year and by the work order Type and Status.

You can find the report by executing a simple query in the Reporting module.

1. Reporting > Report Query.

2. In the Segment field, select System. Standard reports are stored in the System segment.

3. In the Name field, enter *metrics*. This will return all reports with the word “metrics” in the name.

4. Double-click the Master Facilities Metrics Tracker Report.
