Asset Group Edit - Assets Tab

To add an asset or assets to an asset group, you will need to be on the Assets tab of the Asset Group Edit screen.

To add an asset, follow these steps:

  1. If you are not already on the Asset Group Edit screen, go to Assets > Asset Groups and then click the Query button.
  2. Enter your criteria and click Execute.

  3. Click the Assets tab.

  4. Under the Asset area, click New.
  5. The Asset Query screen opens.  Enter your search criteria and click Run Query.
  6. In the Lookup Results in the List tab, select the asset or assets you want to add to the asset group.  
  7. Click the Add Selected Records button.
  8. Click Save.  Your selected assets are added to your new asset group.
