Check the box next to this field to indicate that you have the manual that came with your asset. If you have the manual or reference guide for your asset in PDF (or other electronic media), you can upload it to TMS using the Document Upload utility. |

Use this field to record the location of the asset's manual. |

Meter Type |

If the asset contains a meter, use this field to record the type of meter. For example, if you are editing an asset record for a vehicle, then the Meter Type could be Miles. Other examples of Meter Types are Hours, Capacity, Flow, or Cycles. |

The date that the warranty expires on the asset currently displayed. |

This is a free text field where you can enter the terms of the warranty. |

You have 10 User Defined Fields to store any additional information that is important to your organization. The field labels can be customized to be anything that you want on the Form Properties screen. See the TMS OnLine/OnSite System Administrator Guidefor more information on customizing field labels.
