List of TMS Standard Alerts

The following standard alerts are available for use in TMS, right out of the box.

Work Orders	Active Contract	You see this alert when the asset on the work order is on an active contract. Hospitals use this so they know to contact their contractor for service on the asset.
Work Orders	Active Work Orders for Asset	When you save a work order, TMS alerts you if there are any active work orders that exist for the asset on the work order.
Work Orders	Asset In Warranty	When you save a work order, TMS alerts you if the asset on the work order is under warranty.
Work Orders	Asset Patient Data	When saving a work order, TMS notifies the user if HIPAA data is present.
Work Orders	Completed or Closed WO with No TC	Completed or Closed WO with No TC
Work Orders	Completed or Closed WO with No Complete Date	Completed or Closed WO with No Complete Date
Work Orders	Count Active WOs with older than 30 Days	Count Active WOs with Originated Date older than 30 days
Work Orders	Count of Pending WOs	Count of Pending WOs
Work Orders	Count of Pri 1 PM/PE WOs Greater than 48 Hours Old	Count of Priority 1 PM/PE Type WOs where date created is greater than 48 hours Old and still Active or Pending
Work Orders	Escalated Work Order Count	When you open the work order form, TMS displays the number of work orders that are escalated.
Work Orders	Existing WO with no WO Assignment	Existing WO with no WO Assignment
Work Orders	New WO for Asset with Active PM WOs	New WO contains an Asset with Active PMs Due in the Past
Work Orders	New WO does not have a Shop Code	New WO does not have a Shop Code
Work Orders	No Downtime End Date Alert	Alert fires when a work order is set to CMPLT or CLOSE and has no end date and end time for downtime.
Work Orders	Quarterly Asset Red Flag Test	When you save a work order, TMS alerts you if there are three or more work orders created for the asset on the work order in the past 90 days.
Work Orders	Time Charge should have a Cost greater than 0	Time Charge should have a Cost greater than 0.
Work Orders	Weekly Asset Red Flag Test	When you save a work order, TMS alerts you if there are two or more work orders created for the asset on the work order in the past seven days.
Work Orders	Work Orders with Same Account and Skill	When you save a work order, TMS alerts you if active work orders exist with the same Account Code and Skill Code.
Work Orders	Work Orders with Same Location and Skill	When you save a work order, TMS alerts you if active work orders exist with the same Location Code and Skill Code.
Assets	Asset has Active PM Prior to Today	Asset has Active PM Prior to Today
Assets	Asset Manufacturer is a non-Shared Manufacturer	Asset Manufacturer is a non-Shared Manufacturer
Assets	Asset with Invalid Manufacturer	When you save a new asset, TMS alerts you if the manufacturer entered is not a valid manufacturer.
Assets	Asset with Invalid Model Number	When you save a new asset, TMS alerts you if the model number entered has never been entered before.
Assets	Contract Expires within 30 Days	Asset is on an Active Contract and the contract expiration is within the next 30 days.
Assets	Warranty Ending in next 30 Days	Count of Active Assets with Warranty End date is in the next 30 days.
PM Schedules	Active PMs with due date is prior to Today	Active PMs with due date is prior to Today
PM Schedules	Asset on PM is already part of an Asset Group PM	Asset on PM is already part of an Asset Group PM.
PM Schedules	PM Next Due Date is in the Past	PM Next Due Date is in the Past
Materials	Quantity Less than Minimum Qty Reqd	Quantity Less than Minimum Qty Reqd
Materials	Stock Materials with no Vendors	Count of Materials where status = 'stock' and no vendors assigned
Resources	Hourly Contractor with a 0 Charge Rate	Hourly Contractor with a 0 Charge Rate
Resources	Review Date for Resource is over one year old	The Last Review Date for Resource is over one year old.
