Take and Upload a Picture to a Work Order
With the upload feature in Sidekick, you can upload a photo to a work order record, either by taking a picture and uploading it, or by uploading an existing file from you iOS device. To take a photo and then upload it, follow these steps.
In this topic, we assume you are already in Work Order Edit.

Select the Upload button.

Select From Camera.

When the camera is launched, take the photo.

After you take the picture, the camera interface closes, and the photo is shown in a preview screen. Confirm you want to attach the photo to the work order.
The photo is attached to the work order.
To attach the picture to the work order record as a Document Upload entry on the main TMS application, perform a sync between the device database and the main TMS database.
If you receive an error message that you are denied access while uploading a photo to a work order, on the device go to Settings > Privacy > Photos and turn on the permission for TMS Sidekick.
