Business Rules for Work Order Time Charges

The following business rules apply to time charges:

• Automatic time charges cannot be added to a work order if work order status is PENDG, CLOSE, or CANCL.

• Changing the status of a work order to CMPLT, CANCL, or CLOSE while an automatic time charge is running or paused will prompt the user to stop the time charge.

The following options are enforced (if enabled) on this screen:

• Show Billable Field

• Allow Edit of Total Cost in Material Issues and Time Charges

• Hide Total Cost

• Copy comments to Completion Comments
