Update or Delete a Material Issue

Once material issues are entered, you can update a material issue or delete a material issue. The following options are enforced (if enabled) on this screen:

  • Show Billable Field

  • Allow Direct Editing of Average Cost

  • Allow Direct Editing of Quantity on Hand

  • Allow Edit of Total Cost in Material Issues and Time Charges

  • Allow Non-Inventoried Items

Update a Material Issue

To update an existing material issue, follow these steps.

  1. From the Materials Module screen, select Material Issues.

  2. If you need to see material issues from a different segment or date, select your new criteria at the top of the screen.

  3. Select a Warehouse. You are shown existing material issues.

  4. Select the material issue you want to update.

  5. Change the values you need to update.

  6. Select Save when you're done.

Delete a Material Issue

To delete an existing material issue, follow these steps.

  1. From the Materials Module screen, select Material Issues.

  2. If you need to see material issues from a different segment or date, select your new criteria at the top of the screen.

  3. Select a Warehouse. You are shown existing material issues.

  4. Swipe over the material issue you want to delete.

  5. When the Delete button appears, select it.

The material issue is removed. To delete a material issue, swipe over the record and select the Delete button when it appears.
