Material Query and Edit

The Query Materials screen allows you to search for materials or parts based on your search criteria. To query materials, follow these steps.

1. On the Home screen, select Materials.

2. Select Query Materials.

3. Do one of the following to find existing materials:

   • Enter a valid number in the Item Number field.

   • Enter one or more values into the available fields, on any of the available tabs.

   • Leave all fields blank for an open query that will return all materials.

4. When you're ready to search for materials, click Query.

5. From the list of materials returned, select the material to open in Material Edit.

If no materials were returned by the search, or you want to adjust your criteria to return a different set of materials, select the Material Query button in the top-left of the screen to return to the Query Materials screen.
