The User Authentication Field
The User Authentication field is a custom field that can be placed on a custom form in the main TMS application. The user authentication custom field serves as an electronic signature on a record in TMS Sidekick.
In this topic, we assume that you are already on the Edit screen for the record on which you are trying to populate a user authentication field.

Select the Authorize button to the right of the user authentication field.

In the User Authentication pop-up window, enter your User Name and Password.

Select OK.
TMS Sidekick validates your credentials, and your user name appears in the field.
Login validation can only occur if the device is connected to the server. If the device is not connected, TMS Sidekick will not allow your login information to be validated.
