View Documents Attached to an Asset

You can view assets on the Asset Edit page. You must have connection to the server in order to view attached documents.

To view documents attached to an asset record in TMS, follow these steps.

1. Select the Attached Documents tab. The documents attached to the asset appear.

2. Select the Download button for the document that you want to view. The document will download to your device.

3. Select the View button to see the document.

Downloaded documents that are older than 30 days will be deleted upon login.
