Query Assets
The Query Assets screen allows you to search for asset records based on your search criteria. To query assets, follow these steps.

On the Home screen, select Assets.

Select Query Assets.

Do one of the following to find existing assets:

Enter a valid number in the Asset Number field.

Enter one or more values into the available fields, on any of the available tabs.

Leave all fields blank for an open query that will return all assets.

When you're ready to search for assets, click Query.

From the list of assets returned, select the asset to open in Asset Edit.
If no assets were returned by the search, or you want to adjust your criteria to return a different set of assets, select the Asset Querybutton in the top-left of the screen to return to the Query Assets screen.
