Take and Upload a Picture to a Work Order
With the upload feature in Sidekick, you can upload a photo to a work order record, either by taking a picture and uploading it, or by uploading an existing file from your iOS device. Below, we'll describe how to take a photo and then upload it.
In this topic, we assume you are already in Work Order Edit.
To take a picture and upload it to a work order, follow these steps:

Select the Upload button.

Select From Camera.

When the camera is launched, take the photo.

After you take the picture, the camera interface closes, and the photo is shown in a preview screen.

Confirm you want to attach the photo to the work order.
To attach the picture to the work order record as a Document Upload entry on the main TMS application, perform a sync between the device database and the main TMS database.
If you receive an error message that you are denied access while uploading a photo to a work order, on the device go to Settings > Privacy > Photos and turn on the permission for TMS Sidekick.
