The TMS Today Screen

When you log into TMS Sidekick, you are presented with the TMS Today screen. The following information appears onscreen:

  • Resource Name - This is the resource tied to your TMS username.

  • My Work Orders - This shows the number of active work orders currently assigned to you.

  • Time Charges - The value shown next to the field label shows the total time charged by the logged-in user for the past 24 hours.

  • Last Sync - This is the date and time of when the device database was last synchronized with the TMS database.

  • Work Orders - This is the number of work order records currently available in the database for searching, viewing, and editing.

  • Assets - This is the number of asset records currently available in the database for searching, viewing, and editing.

  • Materials - This is the number of material records currently available in the database for adding to work orders or completing physical counts.

To navigate to other screens, open the menu pane by selecting the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen. The menu pane will slide out from the left.

You can always return to the TMS Today screen from another screen by tapping the Home icon at the top of the screen, to the right of the Menu icon.

To start the Scan and Go feature, select the Scan and Go icon in the top-left corner of the screen, to the right of the Home icon. The screen will change to the camera screen.
