View Documents Attached to an Asset

Documents are viewed on the Asset Editpage. You must have connection to the server to view attached documents.

To view attached documents, follow these steps:

1. Select the Attached Documents tab.

2. The documents attached to the asset are listed.

3. Select the Download button for the document that you want to view .

4. The document will download to your device.

5. Select View to see the document.

Downloaded documents that are older than 30 days will be deleted upon login.
