View the Asset Work Order History

On the Asset Edit screen, you can view the work orders associated with the asset record.

To view a work order history, follow these steps:

1. Open the asset record in Asset Edit.

2. Select the History tab from the list (or other tab that contains the Work Order History grid, if you are using a custom form). You are shown a count of the work orders associated with the asset.

3. To view a list of the work orders, select the cell with the work order count. You are shown a list of work orders tied to the asset.

4. To view one of the work orders, select a work order in the list.
