Add Custom Fields to a Web Request Page

When you apply a user authentication field or a calculated custom field to a Web Request page, be aware that these fields will appear as read-only, although in the case of user authentication fields, the user can still apply their login information.

Both user authentication field and calculated custom fields can be added to the confirmation screen that is shown upon saving of a work order or asset record.

For calculated fields, the field value will only be calculated and displayed upon saving of a work order or asset record, if values for the formula are available prior to saving. If formula values are not available upon save, the calculated custom field's value update in the TMS record when the formula values become available.

The updated calculated custom field can be viewed through Web Request if the user queries for the work order or asset through Web Request to view it.
