TMS Survey Installation

You should have already downloaded the TMS Survey module software from the Customer Care Center. If not, see the Downloading TMS Software section above. To install the Survey module software, follow these steps.

Always install add-on module software after you install the TMS application software.

1. Browse to the location where you saved the zip file.

2. Double-click the Zip file to open it.

3. Double-click the .msi file to start the installation.

   If you receive a WinZip Caution message, click Yes.

4. On the welcome screen, click Next.

5. On the Setup Type screen, click Next.

6. On the confirmation screen, click Next to start the installation.

   While the installation process is taking place, several DOS windows will open and close again on their own. Do not close the DOS windows manually.

7. When the installation has finished and all the DOS windows have closed automatically, click Close.
