Create Survey Module Codes

Before you can send surveys to your customers, you must do some setup in the core application.  To create new survey module codes, follow these steps.

1. Start by going to Setup>Survey>WO Survey> Codes.

2. In the Code List, select Type Codes.  

3. To create a new code, click the New Code button.

4. Enter a Code of up to four characters and a Description for this code.

5. If you want the code to show in the Survey New and Survey Edit modes, check the Show in New/Edit option.

6. If you want the code to show in the Survey Query screen, check the Show in Query option.

7. Click Save.
