Mobile Profiles Values
The values you can set in a mobile profile are as follow:
Profile
These fields identify the mobile profile and which TMS user it is tied to. Once the profile is created, these fields cannot be changed.

Name - This name is pulled from the TMS user record and is the name of the mobile profile.

UserID - This is the TMS user ID associated with this profile.
Data
The drop-down menus and check boxes in the Data section of the Mobile Profile screen are used to specify what stored queries to use from TMS in TMS Sidekick. These queries, along with the fields in General Options, are used to download the data to your device. If you do not select any stored queries in the Data section, you might not receive any data for a specific module.
The data filters don't prevent the user from accessing any data they normally have available to them on the database.
Drop-down menus

Work Orders - These saved queries determine which work orders to synchronize to the device, such as work orders with a status of Active.

Assets - These saved queries determine which assets to synchronize to the device, such as Biomed assets with a status of Active.

Materials - These saved queries determine which materials or parts to synchronize to the device, such as materials stored in a specific set of warehouses.
The queries shown in the drop-down menus are based upon Saved Queries in each of the associated modules. If none exist, the drop-down menus will be empty.
Check boxes

All Active Work Orders Assigned to Selected User - Enables the download of any active work order that is assigned to this user.

All Active Assets Assigned to Selected User - Enables the download of any active asset that is assigned to this user.
The more the data filters you select, the more time it will take when you synchronize the device with the database. To increase the device's synchronization speed, try checking only the first option check box or none at all, especially if the user works mainly in range of the network.
General Options
Form drop-down menus

Work Order Form - The form that will be used on Work Order module screens.

Asset Form - The form that will be used on Asset module screens.
Check boxes
If any these options are not checked, the related functionality is not available to the user in TMS Mobile 6.5.

Asset Sweep - This check box enables the Asset Sweep functionality.

Physical Counts - This check box enables the Physical Counts functionality.
- Use automatic Time Charges in My Work Orders - Enabling this check box means, when a work order is selected in My Work Orders, TMS Mobile 6.5 automatically records the length of time from the moment the work order is opened to when the user saves it. The time charge is automatically created for the amount of time that was recorded.

These options don't apply to TMS Sidekick, so you can ignore these in the context of this module.
TMS Sidekick Options

Material Form - The form that will be used on the Material Edit (read only) screen.

Completed Work Orders - Select this option if you want closed and completed work orders to be viewable in TMS Sidekick.

Within how many days? - This field is related to the option before it. Enter a value (in days) for how far back TMS Sidekick should look for closed and completed work orders.
