Create a New Mobile Profile Based on Another Profile
Once you have at least one mobile profile in the TMS database, you can create a mobile profile based on an existing mobile profile. This is helpful if you want to pass on some or all of the original profile's settings to a new profile for a different user. To create a new profile based on another profile, follow these steps.

In the main TMS application, go to Setup > General > Mobile Profiles.

Verify that the segment shown in the Segment drop-down menu is the segment in which you want to create the new profile. If not, select the correct segment from the drop-down menu.

Click the New button in the toolbar.

In the User drop-down menu, select the TMS user to tie to the profile.
You can only create one mobile profile per user ID. Also, user IDs only appear in this drop-down menu if they are already tied to a resource in the TMS application.

In the Based on Profile drop-down menu, select the existing mobile profile to use to create the new mobile profile.

Click Create to add the profile. The profile's Main tab opens.

The field values that are filled in on the Mobile Profile Edit screen are from the existing profile that you based this one on. You can adjust any of these values as needed.

When you are done making modifications to the profile, click the Save button.
When the TMS Sidekick user logs into the add-on on their device, the settings above will be applied.
Delete a Profile
If you created a mobile profile in the wrong segment or the mobile profile is otherwise no longer needed, you can delete the profile from inside the Mobile Profile Edit screen, by clicking the Delete button in the toolbar. You will be asked to confirm the deletion before the record is permanently deleted.
