Introduction

The TMS Quick Convert wizard allows you to import records into your TMS OnSite database from another database (a trial database, another TMS product's database, or another CMMS's database).

QuickConvert now allows SSO login credentials.

ClosedQuick Convert Import, Export and Update functions

Due to Quick Convert's enhanced Import, Export and Update functions:

  • You can update existing TMS records.

  • New sub-modules Vendors, Contacts, and Contracts are a part of Quick Convert.

  • Quick Convert performs more detailed validation on custom fields.

  • You can easily create a backup file of the “before” state during the Update workflows versus telling users to create/save backups.

  • You can easily use the UPDATE feature without needing to remember or consult the documentation, if a field is in the pre-defined export you may update via QC, if not, you'll need to use other in-app features to modify the record.
