Introduction to the Pager Module

The Pager module is an add-on module that allows you to send a work order to a resource via an alphanumeric pager.  Our customers use the Pager module because it reduces the turnaround time for a work request.  You can configure the Pager module to send only work order data that the resource needs.  The Pager icon is available on most of the Work Order module screens.
