Download Data from TMS to the medTester Device

After you configure the interface, you need to decide which assets you want to download to the Fluke Biomedical device. To start the download process, first you have to perform an asset query.

Note:

 When you transfer data to the Fluke Biomedical device you overwrite ALL information that is already stored on the Fluke Biomedical device.

To download data from TMS to the medTester Device, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Asset Query tab

  2. From the Segment list, select your desired segment

  3. Type in the defining criteria for the assets

  4. Click Execute

  5. The results are listed in the Results tab

  6. In the query results, select the assets you want to download

  7. Verify that the device is connected to the computer and the menu is set to Menu 1

  8. Click Send data to medTester or from the File menu, click Send Assets to medTester

  9. You can monitor the process of downloading  data to the device

For this process to work, the asset must have a checklist PM with one checklist Procedure.  To prevent any download errors, the interface only allows users to select assets that have an active checklist PM to the download.  Once the data has been downloaded, complete the tests and proceed to the next section for instructions on how to upload medTester data to the TMS application.
