MTR Data Processing Scenarios
Once the MTR table is processed, and the data is send to TMS, the following processing scenarios are executed, based on the data in the MTR table.
Scenario 1 – No Active Work Order exists for asset and Generate PM Schedules is false.
-
The interface will create a new work order within TMS using the default type from the interface options and the defaults specified within the Setup > Work Orders > Defaults section of TMS.
-
The test results will be associated to the new work order.
-
If the test passed, the Work Order will be completed with the status CMPLT and sub status CHANG.
-
If the test failed, the status and sub status will be set to the values configured in the Options of the interface.
-
In the event that a PDF is created from the Ansur system for the test results, it will be uploaded to the work order via Document Upload.
Scenario 2 – Active Work Order exists for asset and Generate PM Schedules is false.
-
The interface will attach the test results from Ansur to the existing work order.
-
A Time Charge will be added for the test time and resource.

If the test is successful, the status of the work order will be changed to CMPLT and the sub status will be changed to CHANG.
-
If the test failed, the status and sub status will be changed to the values specified in the interface options.
-
In the event a PDF is created from the Ansur system for the test results, it will be uploaded to the work order via Document Upload.
