About Dispatch Forms

The Dispatch module (Work Orders > Dispatch) comes with its own standard form, like the TMS modules. It contains a Queue tab and a Main tab (both shown below).

However, this form might not cover all of your organization's Dispatch needs. The TMS system administrator or another TMS user with administrative permissions might create additional forms for you to use.

For the purposes of the topics that follow, we will use the standard form that comes with the Dispatch module - Dispatch (MAIN). All of the basic procedures that follow will apply to other Dispatch forms you might use, unless otherwise noted in the text.
