Adjust the Dispatch Queue Settings

When you created your Dispatch form (queue), you set the following properties for the queue:

• Form Name

• Description

• Status

• Refresh Rate

• Saved Query

• Results Viewer

• Quick Print Report

You can adjust these properties from the Form Designer Edit screen by clicking Setup > Dispatch > Edit > and selecting which form to edit.

To adjust the dispatch queue settings, follow these steps:

1. When the Form Designer Edit screen opens, you should see the Properties pane in the lower-right area of the screen (You might have to click the form's name at the top of the editor to see this pane.)

2. Enter new values or select new settings for the properties you want to adjust

3. Click Save to commit your changes
