Add a RSS Feed
RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication. An RSS feed is a type of web feed for frequently posted works. Examples are blog entries and news headline feeds. With RSS feeds, the web feed is presented in a standardized format.
To add a new RSS feed, follow these steps:

On the dashboard designer, click the Add Widget button.

Select RSS Feed from the dropdown.
The RSS feed widget functions as a bulletin board that can be configured to display links to recent articles on the web or internal discussions.
Available discussions
This section will cover how to add a discussion created inside TMS to your dashboard. For information on how to setup a TMS OnLine/OnSite discussion, see the Creating a Discussion section.
To add a discussion, follow these steps:

On the RSS Settings section, select the checkbox for Internal Discussion.

In the Discussion dropdown, select the discussion that you want to add.

In the Refresh Rate field, enter the refresh rate in minutes if you want the feed to refresh automatically.
The rate can be set for 1 minute or more. If the Refresh Rate is set to 0, the RSS feed will not refresh.

In the Post Limit field, enter the maximum number of posts you want loaded.

Click Save.
Internet Feed
RSS Feed can be used to add any internet feed to your dashboard. All you need is the URL.
To add a internet feed, follow these steps:

On the RSS Settings section, clear the checkbox for Internal Discussion.

In the RSS Feed URL field, enter the URL for the internet feed you want to add to the dashboard.

In the Refresh Rate field, enter the refresh rate in minutes if you want the feed to refresh automatically.
The rate can be set for 1 minute or more. If the Refresh Rate is set to 0, the RSS feed will not refresh.

In the Post Limit field, enter the maximum number of posts you want loaded on the discussion.
