Customer Edit - Details

The Details tab of the Customer Edit screen has two sections: User Defined and Notes.

User Defined

Use the ten fields that appear to store any additional information that is important to your organization. The field labels can be customized to be anything that you want.  Read about Customer User Defined Fields.

Notes

Use the Notes field to record any miscellaneous information related to your customer.
