Install TMS Anywhere

The TMS Anywhere add-on application is installed only on the server. It is not installed on the individual devices that will access TMS Anywhere. Once installed on the server, technicians and users can access TMS Anywhere through the server.

You should have already downloaded the software from the Customer Care Center. If not, see the instructions in the Download the Software topic.

Always install add-on module software after you install the TMS application software.

To install TMS Anywhere, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the location where you downloaded the software.

  2. Double-click the setup file.

  3. Click Next on the welcome screen.

  4. On the Select TMS Database screen, in the Server Name field, enter the name of the where TMS is installed.

  5. In the Database Name field, enter the name of the TMS database your users will be accessing.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Next, you are shown the default installation location. If you need to change the default location, click the Change button and enter a different location.

  8. Click Next.

  9. The Confirm Installation screen appears. Click Next to start the installation.

  10. Once the installation process has completed, click Close to exit the installation wizard.
