Physical Counts

The Physical Counts module is used to record the actual quantity of materials after you or your staff complete an inventory.

To add or update counts, follow these steps:

  1. From the TMS Today screen, select Physical Counts. You are presented with the Physical Counts screen.
  2. Select your warehouse from the Warehouse drop-down menu.
  3. In the Item # field, enter the Item # or use the Find button to query for it.

  4. Enter the Count.

  5. Click Addand the count is added to the grid at the bottom of the screen.

If you need to clear the form, click Clear.
