Forms and Fields

TMS OnLine/OnSite gives you the ability to have multiple forms in each module - standard forms that come with the application, custom forms you commission Accruent to create, and custom forms your TMS system administrator might create. As a result, the forms you have might look different from the forms in the online help (extra fields and tabs might appear, or fields and tabs mentioned in a topic might not appear on the form you are using), and the fields and tabs available on your forms might have different labels than those described within a topic.

In most of the topics, the Master form (for example, PM Master Form or Resource Master Form) is used, except where noted. Depending upon your specific permissions, you might not have access to one or more of these forms. However, the basic procedures described are the same, regardless of the form used.
