Deactivate a Site

If you are an Administrator, you can deactivate a site that has up to 1500 child objects. You can partially deactivate a site by filtering child objects and selecting the ones you want to remain active and exclude from the deactivation. You can only exclude first level child objects.

  2. In the Deactivate Site window that opens, expand each section and select Exclude? for each child object you want to exclude from the deactivation.

  3. Select a Reason Code.

  4. Enter a Deactivation Date of today or earlier.

  5. Click Deactivate Site.
