Import Project Dates

If you previously exported project dates and then edited the CSV file, you can import the data in that CSV file into Project Tracker. You can only import CSV files in the correct format.

When you export the results to a CSV file, date fields are converted from UK format dd/mm/yyyy to US format mm/dd/yyyy.

1. Click Tools > Project Tracker.

2. In the toolbar, click Import.

3. Click Select to choose a CSV file to upload.

4. Click Submit to import the selected file.

   When the upload is complete, the Results pane displays the list of Projects from the CSV file. Changes made in the CSV file display as if they were made in Siterra.

   Change Views and Export is unavailable for imported data.

If invalid data is detected during the import, click View Bad Data in the toolbar to display the issues. When invalid data is found, the original value for the specified item is used. If errors occur when importing with a previously created CSV file, try re-exporting from the Project Tracker export tool.
