Users

Administrators manage and add users on the Users page. Ordinary users do not have full access to the system. Administrators must assign groups and roles to users to grant access.

1. Navigate to the Admin page.

2. In the Security section, click Users.

   The Users page opens.

As an Administrator, you can:

• Approve user access requests.

• Enable the enhanced password policy.

• Give escalation permissions to non-admin users.

• Change a single sign-on user name.

• View user document download logs.

• Set permissions for viewing photos.

• Send a Multi-Factor Authentication invite .

On the Users page, you can add and edit user accounts, change passwords, activate accounts, view user logs,.
