Terminology

Administrators can change page labels and edit lookup tables in a Siterra portfolio using the Terminology page.

For example, a Search Ring is a cluster of Sites. A Search Ring can be thought of as an organizational device within a portfolio and you can name it accordingly. You can change the term Search Ring to a term relevant for your organization such as Target Area or Location. Similarly, you can change the term Site to Store or Farm.

The data warehouse only recognizes original values. Business Intelligence reporting always references the core application name. For instance, when reporting, it recognizes Search Ring and not Target Area. The applies when you edit page labels.

  1. Click Admin > Terminology.

  2. Select the Portfolio, Language, and Region.

  3. Click Fetch Terms.
