Accruent Siterra 26.5.1 Release Notes

We're delivering this automatic upgrade to UAT environments on October 22, 2026 and to production environments on November 14, 2026.

Preview new interface

We’re continuing our rollout of a new modern interface for Siterra. Early adopters can sign up to evaluate it.

The preview is off by default. To request access, contact Accruent Support with the subject line Request technical preview of new Siterra UI in UAT.

When Accruent Support enables the preview:

Select New Siterra (upper-right) to switch to the new interface.
Select it again to return to Classic Siterra.

Most menus and options work the same in the new interface. If you open something that isn’t available yet, Siterra shows the Classic page or dialog and continues operating normally.

Payments	When you shorten a payment's End Date, Siterra now checks for escalations that fall after the new date. If it finds any, the Delete Payment Escalations dialog opens before the payment saves. Select Delete to save the new End Date and remove the escalations you selected. Siterra keeps any escalations that aren't affected. Select Cancel to keep the payment exactly as it was, including its lines, amounts, totals and escalations. If the change can't finish, Siterra keeps your original payment. If no escalations are affected, the payment saves as usual. This requires feature toggle SP_60157 to be enabled. Contact Accruent Support if you need assistance with this setting.	SP-60157
