If your user has the role-based permissions to do so, you can now use the documents endpoint to GET a list of documents with a HTTP request. For example:

If your user has the role-based permissions to do so, you can now use the documents()/download endpoint to download documents with a HTTP GET request. For example:

{baseApiPath}/documents/v1/documents({{document id}})/download

If your user has the role-based permissions to do so, you can now use the documents/upload endpoint to upload documents with a HTTP PUT request. For example:

If your user has the role-based permissions to do so, you can now use the documents HTTP endpoint to DELETE documents. For example:

If your user has the role-based permissions to do so, you can now use the GetDocumentTypesByCluster HTTP endpoint to GET document types by cluster using the SearchAreaNumber you provide. For example:

If your user has the role-based permissions to do so, you can now use the SiteExtendedAttributes/GetEADetailsBasedOnNameOrXMLName HTTP endpoint to GET Extended Attribute details for the Name or xmlName you provide. For example:

To Do List

When you create or edit a view in the View Details dialog of To-Dos in the To-Dos Activity page, and add Baseline Date, the Baseline Date column now displays when one of these filters is selected in Show Me:

• Sub-tasks

  • Documents

  • Approvals

  • Forms

  • Object

• Unassigned Sub-tasks

API

In a previous release we created an API endpoint in our API Management (APIM) portal that allows an authorized API user to save and complete a form so that its form triggers initiate in the same way as they do in Siterra. The scope of this API is now increased to include Asset forms.

For example, use this HTTP endpoint to POST a form, which saves and completes an Asset form:

Lease Form

When You create a new lease, the Original Expiration Date is not overwritten by the Original Commencement Date. When you edit an existing lease, this does not change the Original Expiration Date unless you change it.

Subtask API

Available in Siterra 25.3.1 MR, but now available to all customers:

When you use the API to complete a Subtask of a Task, the Actual End Date and Percentage Complete values now update correctly.
