Workday Schedules
Workday schedules define working and non-working days for projects and tasks. They ensure forecast dates account for weekends, holidays, and other non-working days.
Use a workday schedule to:

Define working days of the week.

Assign one or more holiday calendars.

Control whether the schedule is available for use.
Administrators have access to workday schedules by default. Set Global Permissions to grant access to other users.
Select Admin > Templates > Workday Schedules.
Create or edit a schedule

Select Add Workday Schedule at the top of the list or select the name of an existing schedule to edit.

Select the work days to apply.

Add holiday calendars to the schedule:

Select Add.

Select the New Holiday Calendar row.

Select Edit.

Enter a Title and Description.

Under Holidays, select Add, select the date, and then enter a name for the holiday.

Repeat the last step for each holiday.

Select Save.

Select Delete
to delete holiday calendars you no longer need.
Clone a schedule

Select the schedule to clone.

Select Clone

Enter a name for the new schedule, then select Clone.
The schedule options appear.
Delete a schedule
You can only delete schedules that are not associated with a project or template. Select Associated Projects & Templates to display associated projects and templates. This option does not display if there are no associated items.

Select the delete icon next to the schedule name.
A confirmation dialog appears.

Select Delete.
Deactivate a workday schedule
Deactivate a schedule to prevent it from being used in new or existing projects. Existing projects remain unchanged.

Turn off the Active toggle.
A confirmation dialog appears.

Select Deactivate.
View activity log
All changes to a workday schedule are logged. Select Activity Log to display the activity log for the selected schedule.
