Access Rights

Access Rights allow you to assign the ability to see specific types of objects in Siterra to groups of users: Units, Search Rings, Sites, Assets, Projects, and Hubs (for portfolios with Small Cell functionality enabled). After they have been granted access to an object, the group's roles determine what they can do with the object. Objects may inherit access rights and roles from the object's parent object, which makes assigning security more logical and easier to manage.

Access Rights are not enforced in reports.

View the Access Rights page:

  1. Navigate to the Admin page.

  2. In the Security section, click Access Rights.

    The Access Rights page opens.

All users in a group are able to access an object once the group has been provided access rights. This should not be confused with having the responsibility of a role for the object. For more information, see Responsibility.
