Add Access Rights

You can give a group access rights to an object on the Access Rights page.

1. Navigate to the Access Rights page.

2. Conduct a search to return a list of objects.

3. Select the check box next to the desired object(s).

4. Click Add Access Rights in the toolbar.

   The section expands to display a list of groups.

5. Select the groups you want to give access rights (use Ctrl + click to select multiple).

6. Select the check box next to Propagate to Children? if you want access rights to encompass child objects of the selected object.

7. When complete, click Submit.
