Manage Subscriptions

The Manage User Notification Subscriptions page allows admin users to manage all Notification Subscriptions for all users.

Access the Manage User Notification Subscriptions page:

1. Navigate to the Admin page.

2. In the Customization section, click Manage Subscriptions. The Portfolio Customization page appears.

The Portfolio Customization page provides you the opportunity to select one or all of the lists you see via check box , as well as editing or removing a subscription entry by clicking the appropriate icon.

The page also provides contains nine informational columns about the subscriptions:

• Event Name

• Subscribed By

• Subscription Date

• Statuses

• Class

• Assignment

• Responsibility

• Keywords

• Scope
