Global Dependency Manager

The Global Dependency Manager allows you to set up and control inter-project dependencies. With the Global Dependency Manager, you can enable or disable specific instances of template dependencies or ad hoc dependencies (created by a user). Additionally, you can enable optional template dependencies as well as instances of template dependencies that do not automatically take effect.
