Responsibilities

The Responsibilities pane allows you to define the parties responsible for maintenance, repair, and replacement of a particular item associated with a Lease.

Add a new responsibility entry:

1. Navigate to a Lease home page.

2. Scroll to the Responsibilities pane.

3. In the toolbar of the Responsibilities pane, click Add.

   The pane expands to display a form.

4. Complete the form. If a relevant document has been uploaded to the Lease Library, it can be linked to the responsibility using the Linked Documents drop-down menu.

5. When the form is complete, click Save.

   The responsibility entry appears in the Responsibilities pane.

By clicking the menu stacks button next to an responsibility entry, you can edit or delete the entry as well as add a Note.
