Legal Parties

The Legal Parties pane is used to store contact information for legal notice parties and other individuals associated with the Lease, such as the landlord, tenant, legal counsel, or property manager.

 Add a Legal Party:

1. Navigate to a Lease home page.

2. Scroll to the Legal Parties pane.

3. In the toolbar of the Legal Parties pane, click Add.

   The pane expands to display a form.

4. Complete the form. Use the User/Vendor picker to select a value for the User/Vendor field.

5. When the form is complete, click Save.

   The Legal Party appears in the Legal Parties pane.

Update Critical Dates Via Import

To update Critical Dates via import, see Update Lease Allocations via Import.

You can create a new Vendor and add contacts to a Lease using the import tool.
