Details

The Details pane displays the basic contract and setup information associated with the Lease.

The Details pane contains the following information:

• Name: Lease name.

• Number: Lease number. This can be created by the user or automatically generated.

• Term: Describes whether the Lease is Regular, Holdover, or MTM.

• Status: Describes whether the Lease is Planned, Active, Terminated, or in another state.

  For more information on this field, see Lease Statuses.

• Status Description: Contains user-created notes about the Lease's status.

• Holding Interest: Describes whether the user represents the Lessor, Lessee, or another party associated with the Lease.

• Structure: Describes the Lease setup as Base Year, Absolute Net, Gross, Full Service, etc.

• Usage: Describes how the property associated with the Lease is utilized.

• Prime Lease: Denotes the Lease as being the primary or master Lease associated with a Site.

• Straight Line Rent?: Designates whether the Lease has Straight Line Rent enabled.

• Headcount: The total number of occupants utilizing the property.

• Headcount Date: The date on which the headcount was taken.

• Description: User-created notes about the Lease.

• Keywords: User-created keywords associated with the Lease. These can be used for categorizing and searching Leases.
